License Renewal Process
Returning customers
can now renew their licenses at a discount. A returning customer is somebody
who has a current eScan license and would like to continue using eScan products.
To renew your eScan product:

select the product you are renewing

select the quantity of the product you are renewing

enter your Licence Key (XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XX)

click the 'Renew' button.
You will be taken to our Estore where you may purchase the product you wish to renew at renewal pricing.
The information below shows you where you can locate the License Key depending on
the product version you are currently using. Please enter the License Key
carefully to avoid errors.
How to find the license key of your eScan or MailScan product?
For eScan Products:
- Go to Start-->Programs-->eScan for Windows-->eScan Registration
For MailScan Products:
- Right click the Mailscan Dispatcher to open Mailscan Administrator
- Click on Help from Menu and then select License Information OR press CTRL+ I to open the License form
